Nick was great in the home buying process. I don't give realtors enough credit for what they do but this time, Nick was great and definitely worked hard for us. We had a very unfortunate circumstance in our accepted offer process, that lead to earnest money issues and title hold issues. A situation that both parties claimed they haven't seen before in their many years of service on both buying and selling ends.
