As soon as Nick understood what was important to me, I feel he priortized my must-haves and well-being. He was very transparent and honest about what he thought about homes. Additionally, he was never hard to reach and checked in appropriately. I had no worries in this home buying process.

Nick offered experienced based knowledge when looking at properties; things i wouldnt have picked up on. This was greatly appreciated! He was patient with me as we looked at many properties, he encouraged looking at as many properties as it took so that was very comforting. My target area spanded quite wide but he never minded spending the time and putting on miles many times while ending up in a pass. I am greatfull for this because at times I felt a bit of regret for taking him from possible personal time if we were looking affer work hours or on weekends but he encouraged it and always made it work! When it came to the offers he offered some insight on how to have an advantage and it worked when it mattered! I have been through purchasing properties quite a few times before and thought i could have done this easily on my own but am glad i didnt!
